I use Apple for my smart home setup over Matter. Using the QR Code was quick and easy. I tested switching to Amazon and then back to Apple and it was a smooth transition both times. The plugs are very responsive and work well in general.

Easily connected to my Aeotec (SmartThings) hub. It also will work with the SmartThings v3 hub. Good Matter over Wi-Fi plug. It is very responsive. The plug automatically connects via the "Matter Switch" driver, which is a stock SmartThings Edge driver.

When it arrived, the box didnt have the Homekit icon on it so I was doubting it would work. But plugged it in, in Apple Home, did the Add Accessory & scanned the code on the outlet & it connected wonderfully! Got it setup and love being able to take care of my Christmas tree lights with it!Very happy!

I just got the EERO 6E router with builtin "MATTER" support. The newest Tech. I wanted to replace my Wyse Plugs that only work with Google Assistant. The setup was easy through the Apple Home app. Works great with Apple devices. I have not try to connect Goole Assistant or Amazon echo to the plugs. I find in general Google Assistant is way to hard to setup. Many more steps to set up devices in Google.

I was skeptical at first about the ease of setup and integration, but it works great with Alexa. You just name the device and apply it to a group through the AiDot/ Alexa app and it will work through voice commands you can turn each switch individually or together. I have yet to delve into the apps functionality alone, but from what I can see at a glance I could set routines/ timers and operate from anywhere as long as you have your phone. The app includes safe mode which can leave the switch off if a power outage were to occur for those who might be operating sensitive equipment through the switch.

Had to get rid of old smart plugs as they didn’t work with my new WiFi. This one works great, the app is simple and easy to use. I am 67 and sometimes tech challenged, but this was a breeze to setup.

Alexa recognized these plugs immediately, so setup was a breeze. Size is perfect - they don't cover the second outlet in the wall so it is still accessible while using these plugs. I am most pleased they are 15 amp, as many smart plugs are only 10, and that they are Matter compatible. We use these for multiple things: scheduling portable AC on/off, scheduling vaporizer on/off; currently happily lighting all of my Christmas decorations on schedule.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I needed one but so glad I bought a 2 pack. The set up was so easy, I wish I had bought them sooner. They work GREAT!

This was quick and easy to set up! Matter compatibility is fantastic "future proofing" for the device. Does exactly what it should. Having a 2-pack is an added bonus!

Love these plugs. They work seamlessly in their app. No issues with setting the up. Took only a few minutes to get them up and running and on a timer. Would definitely purchase again.

It's nice to find a Matter device that adds to the HomeKit network with just using the Apple Home app and not also needing the manufacturer's app. This plug joined first time perfectly. No retirees. No failures. Forget that the plug is only $23 for a 2-pack. Not too shabby for a Matter on/off plug.

I made the mistake previously and bought a slightly cheaper matter alternative to this product that had a smaller form factor that can only manage 10 amps that died on me in two weeks.After realizing my mistake, I went back to the company I trust and have bought countless matter devices from and saw that this better plug had better quality components (e.g., switch, transformer, etc.) and can operate 15 amp devices! In case you didn't know, most electrical outlets can operate a maximum of 15 amps (sometimes 20 with the outlet that has a slit in one of the eyes). I believe that I have purchased eight of these plugs for my home and office locations and the reliability, performance, and quality of these items are almost too good to be true for the price.I remember the days of the original wifi plugs with difficult setup and unreliable connections. Those days are gone! Finally, a smart plug that offers subchannel connectivity that does not congest already overloaded 2.4ghz channels. Many people don't realize that it's often no so much the product itself with older wifi plugs but the limits of older technology which are the reasons old wifi plugs are so hard to install or eventually fail due to limited wifi channels. Matter technology changes everything! My electronic personal assistant was instantly fighting me to set up these plugs even before I was able to open up the plug application! It is that easy. Just remember, this is new technology that eventually will make it's way to wifi 6 and higher routers meaning that if you likely do not have the firmware update yet, then you are stuck buying a hub that can support it. Even this being a relatively brand new standard, this plug works as advertised.

I was looking for a wifi enabled plug to control a few things when we are not at home. I was pleasantly surprised to try these app controlled units. Works better than I expected and the app is easy to use and has the ability to schedule on/off patterns. All controllable while not at home!

I have other smart outlets in my house, but when I needed them for my observatory I researched quality as well as how much power they controlled. These are rated higher than other brands, plus their setup is extremely easy, and easy to control by my Google Home setup. These are also controllable by Alexa, and other systems, but I only roll with Google. :)After buying my first set, and seeing how great they are I bought more, and if I need more yep, I'll buy even more.

This product is extremely convenient since you can plug it and use it for everything you may need a timer for. I plugged it for my Christmas tree and had it on a schedule to turn off and on in specific days/times

This is an amazing little plug to help simplify your life. Not only was the set up a breeze, but the “smart life” app actually helped me set up another companies security cameras that their own app couldn’t!! Again size matters: this little plug while it does a lot it does not consume both outlets so the other outlet is still useful and not covered the the smart plug. The company even pays attention to details to make set up in the future helpful. Everything comes with QR codes on or in the box nowadays, which you eventually loose; but this plug actually has it stamped onto the plug so it never gets lost or misplaced. All this for a great price too. Very impressed. Thank you

I got these because I wanted to try out Matter. Saw them on sale and based on the reviews these looked like a good starting point. I wanted to try these using Hubitat and Alexa to see how they worked.Hubitat:Hubitat does not commission matter devices yet, so I had to use the AiDot app. Adding the first plug was extremely easy. Once it was connected it automatically updated the firmware. This is a big plus. Added the outlet to Hubitat with zero issues (had to change the device type from device to generic matter outlet). Works perfectly.Alexa:Using the Alexa app didn't go so well. Alexa app kept failing at connecting your device. I reset the outlet (hold the button for 5 seconds until it flashes red) and tried again. Same problem. So I reset it again and added with the AiDot app. Again no issues and it updated the firmware. So this meant the outlet was not faulty. So once the firmware was completed, I deleted it from the AiDot app and reset the outlet. I tried the Alexa app again and it failed. So I moved the outlet 2 feet from one of my echo dots (previously it was about 15-20 feet away from 2 echo dots) and it connected and worked with no problems.Conclusion:I prefer to have my devices controlled locally vs cloud. I also don't prefer to use Alexa Skills if I don't have to. Too many times both Amazon and the other party are making changes and it will cause skills to stop working or have issues. So I removed the one from Alexa and added back in with the AiDot app to use with Hubitat.I have been using them for 2 weeks now and have had no issues with them falling of the network or not responding via Hubitat. We will see long term how they work. Not sure if the problem others are having with these are related to Alexa, firmware not updating or their wifi network.Not clear if the initial issues I had were an Alexa app/dot issue, the firmware, the distance from the dots or both. If I get anymore I will try to do more troubleshooting to see if I can figure it out.Hopefully as Matter matures there will be less issues like these.

Great smartplugs to have for sure. Very easy to setup. I bought 2 of them. I use one for coffee machine and one for refrigerator. If somehow we have a bad weather that knock off electricity while we are on vacation, we can monitor the status of these smartplugs from the app remotely. If the status of smartplugs is offline for a few days, then we know foods in refrigerator might have gone bad. If you use these smartplugs for any devices, you can remotely turn them off and on remotely. The best part was the easy setup.
