FAQs
What makes the Linkind EN6 Neon Rope Light different from a regular LED strip?
+Linkind’s AuraScape™ technology creates multiple colors at once with smooth transitions and layered gradients. Its flexible silicone housing delivers a soft, even neon-style glow and lets you shape the 10-foot rope into decorative wall designs.
Can the Linkind EN6 sync with my TV’s on-screen colors?
+Yes, when paired with a compatible AiDot TV backlight system. Add both devices to the AiDot app and set up entertainment syncing. EN6 extends the lighting around your room; it does not capture screen colors on its own.
How do I shape and mount the rope light?
+Plan your design before mounting, then secure the rope in the included U-shaped clips. For wall installation, the manual instructs you to fasten the clips with screws. Position the controller and power cable before fixing the layout.
How does music sync work, and why might it not respond?
+The microphone in the control box picks up nearby sound to drive the lighting effects. Activate Music Mode using the controller or AiDot app. If the response is weak, move the control box closer to the music and keep its microphone unobstructed.
Can I use the Linkind EN6 outdoors?
+No. This model is designed for indoor use only. Use it for interior wall designs, gaming areas, or bedroom décor rather than outdoor patios, decks, or garden installations.
Does it work with Alexa or Google Assistant?
+Yes. First add EN6 to the AiDot app using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, then link your preferred assistant through AiDot’s Integration menu. You can use voice commands to turn it on or off, change colors, and adjust brightness.
