I gave them 5 stars because their customer service is very good in addition to the lights being easy to install and beautiful. I had them professionally installed and I am obsessed with them. One string out of the 2 boxes failed immediately after installation and the company sent 2 replacement strings.

Received my Oct. 6th, 2025 and upon receipt immediately had to contact customer service for Linkind in California with no results. After persistant emails and calls they finally agreed to send additional equipment to complete my install and I have to pay a $10 for shipping. Unfortunately that particular process took 3 weeks to call, email and for the additional equipment shipped to me. However I received the wrong equipment which is no use to me but with the help of Amazon customer service they gave us credit for the $10 shipping fee. For the 1st 300 feet 2 bad strings of lights and discovered that they sent me 2 open used boxes instead of brand new which is what I ordered to begin with. For the reason that I could no longer wait I was forced to order another 100 feet of lights to finish my install and by the picture provided shows that its a brand new box. Just for clarity I ordered new not used product so its a suprised to received not just one but two used lights. As of today I yet to receive the products that they agreed to shipped to me. With review I had added some pictures to help with installation that hope that you can find to be handy.Overall once the lights are up they do look good and pleasing to the eyes, compared to some houses around my neighborhood. I still recommend this product just be aware of in case you need customer service from Linkind to be patient and try to reach out to Amazon customer service too. Kudos to Amazon!However Govee atleast gives a discount on OPEN BOXES !!!!!!!!!

I wanted lights for security around my house since I live in an area where there few houses and no street lights exist. It is dark as a tomb around my house at night. I worried that the Linkind lights might not be bright enough to illuminate all the way to the ground. These lights are VERY bright and have no problem lighting up the ground all around my house.Another thing I like about these lights is that you can mount them from the wall of the house if you don��t want to do it from the eaves. This was perfect for areas the were over my garage or the eaves were very high. Other lights do not give you that mounting option.The colors are beautiful and for St. Patrick��s Day I made them all green. I will probably make some special displays using that app for certain holidays, like July 4th, but I probably won��t use the preset patterns for holidays since they flash, change colors and those are are annoying to me. You have the ability to completely control the lights using the app.The Linkind lights are very good quality and I had no problems installing them. I would be very quick to recommend them to anyone!

Amazing set of lights! Installing was super easy and we have enjoyed going through all the different light settings. They look great and connecting them through the app was very easy. Highly recommend.

Installing these is not easy on a 2 story home with having to drill holes etc. My roof line is 150 ft all 4 sides and these did not go around. I don't have any crazy peaks either. I got 3 sides on with only 1 16.9 ft strand left. I ended up buying metal clips for easier install.
The colors are great and I like the brightness adjustment feature. We will see how long they last thru our Utah weather. Expensive too but way better than $5,000 from the professionals.

Had these for about a year so far. Very happy with purchase.

The lights are great and installation is easy but the application to control the lights is a nightmare. Every preset has some type of flashing and can't really be altered. Even when you create your own, and turn the effect down to 0, it continues to flash or move. Setting up one of your own creations and setting it to come on every day is not intuitive and I had to use AI to figure out what had to be done. I'm not sure it will actually work until tomorrow but the App needs tons of work to make it user friendly.

(UPDATE) I saw the app released an update and it fixed the issue with saving DIY Routines! I can now have my favorite scenes come on every day!. Changed to stars!!(ORIGINAL) I took a chance and bought 6 boxes (600ft) based on reviews. Quality looks good and installation was easy with SS screws to secure brackets for permanent installation. so far everything was good and lights were bright, but when I browsed through preset scenes and did not like any Christmas presets. I tried the DIY to make my own and also download other custom scenes in my DIY Library, HOWEVER, to create ROUTINE to automatically come on every day, you CANNOT select the scenes from my DIY Library because it is NOT an option, the app will revert to those crappy presets that I don't want. I'm having regrets with this purchase and can't take everything down to return it. Very frustrating! I'm hoping AiDot will update the app to allow you to select scenes from DIY Library when creating routines.

Directions were good. I like how it gave options on placement. It took hours to install. But it was worth it. The lights are amazing with many options to choose from.

Within 6 months my Lights stopped working tried every troubleshooting option and nothing worked even with my 3 year warranty company hasn't issued refund...no I don't want to replace a low quality product that was a pain to install and then uninstall...just want a refund but they won't issue one...Save your $ for an upgraded company product that won't quit on you and way better app...very disappointed with this company!!!

Edited Review: I came back to say that we've had the lights installed now for several weeks. The app is not as user friendly as I would like, but the customer service with this company has improved the process greatly. They have gone above and beyond trying to solve the issues we are having, so I raised the rating from one star to 4.Original Review: The app is not helpful at all. Even the customer service instant chat was horribly unhelpful. We ordered this brand specifically because the installation clip allows the lights to be used on a roof without a soffit overhang. The clips are great and work well. The lights are ok, with many color choices, but getting the schedule to actually work to our color scheme choice is a mystery. Every time the scheduled time comes on it has to be manually changed to the color combination we want. This shouldn't be so elusive. The options for the schedule involve solid one color or a motion scene with flashing or moving lights (which I don't want). This seems like a simple concept that should have an easy solution, but the app is not user friendly at all and we have yet to find a solution. It might be a long shot, but I'm hoping this review gets someone at the company to respond with instructions that their app and the live chat help fall short on. If they do, I'll raise the rating.

These lights are great! The remote control makes it easy to change the colors or patterns for holidays.Our lights are set to turn on each evening for a few hours in a soft, subtle, warm, white light. As seniors, we find this helps easily locate our driveway when we arrive late or need to go outside for any reason.

Bought these back in November 2025 had them for Xmas season and worked fantastic. These are really good. Im September 2026 one of the light stopped working and the rest after it as well. I contacted the support through the app chat. They send some troubleshooting instructions which I followed. These didn't solved the issue. I noticed the one light that failed had moisture inside. The vendor sent a replacement string right away, and problem solved. Excellent, hassle free service. Thank you. I recommend these. The app features like timers, and different modes and seasons presets make it a great product.
