Linkind keeps putting out products that make me want to replace things in my house that were perfectly fine five minutes earlier. In fact, it has actually happened.This light is freaking awesome!It gets plenty bright for normal room lighting, but that’s only half the fun. The colors absolutely pop, and I love that the light isn‘t just one flat color across the entire fixture. Having the different lighting layers creates a much more interesting effect and lets you do things that a normal RGB ceiling light just can‘t pull off.Installation was also ridiculously easy. The fixture is lightweight enough to manage without feeling like you need three arms, and everything went together cleanly.I’m also really happy to see Matter supported. That’s a big step in the right direction for me. I still wish they would give us a deeper direct Home Assistant integration that exposes the full functionality without relying on the app. If they ever do that, I‘m going to be even more obnoxious about recommending their stuff.The app works well, the white lighting range is great, the RGB effects are lively, and the fixture itself looks sharp even when it‘s turned off. This completely changes the personality of a room. Fantastic quality, fantastic functionality, and the value is way up there for me.

Someone else literally took my tagline - was going to say if I could give it 6 stars, I would!It's like the Swiss Army knife of ceiling lights between its features, let alone the color options. I like having all of my lights the same tem,p and this certainly did the trick. I did not do the SmartThings integration; instead I just added it to my Alexa, and it was up in an instant.It also mounted very easily to a very slim box that the previous owner had used for a pool table light. Now it is for the art area in our back room. One great feature is the top lighting vs the down lighting, when you do not want a lot of direct light or, perhaps, when you are watching a movie - kind of like a lunar eclipse in a way. In my oldest’s bedroom he had this gothic, scary looking ceiling light in his hallway, that I‘ve wanted to replace for years. Had the opportunity to try this one out, and I‘m glad I did.It was honestly a 5 minute install, after removing the old light, and all its many bolts to unscrew.The light’s base just fit over the old install box, and the supplied bolts just screwed right in. I used Wago connectors for the 3 wires, and the light fitting just twisted over the base. Easy.After the horrific previous light fixture, this one looks simple and elegant. The materials feel pretty flimsy, but once it‘s on the ceiling I don’t have to touch it again.I opened up the Home app on my phone, and added the light to my huge collection of Home controlled lights. I have HomePod Mini‘s around my house, and I just ask Siri, to turn on the light, change its color and brightness. I have had zero issues so far.The light at 100% is really bright, and in fact 50% is much more manageable in my son’s room.I have yet to try the app, so I’ll dive into that one next.

I picked this up because I have been adding more smart lighting around the house and liked that this one supports Matter. Upon receiving it, I found the fixture looked clean and modern, and the overall quality appeared to be good. I also liked that it gives you both normal white lighting and more decorative color options in one fixture.Installation was straightforward, and setup in Home Assistant through Matter was very easy. The light gets plenty bright for normal use, and I like having control over the brightness, white temperature, colors, and effects. The ColorBlend effects give it more flexibility than a basic RGB ceiling light, while still working well as an everyday light. I liked it enough that I bought two more to replace the other lights in my hallway.I gave it 5 stars because it was easy to install, integrated with Home Assistant without any trouble, and gives me both useful everyday lighting and a lot of color control. It has been reliable so far, and buying two more probably says more about how much I liked it than anything else. At $79.99, it is more expensive than a basic ceiling light, but I think the smart features and lighting options make the value good for me.

This is a great low profile light for my daughter's room. This was very simple to install as most over head lights are. Setting up the light through the app was easy and then connecting to our alexia network was a breeze. I am not a fan with built in bulbs but per the packaging this will last 50,000 hours of run time, so should get her through high school without an issue. The look of the light is less than appealing, looks cheap and feels cheap. However I wanted a brighter light set up in her room and this does it. This is a case of function beats aesthetics.

I am beyond excited about this Linkind ceiling light! It is perfect for my closet and the 12 inch size is just what is needed. Being able to adjust the light color and brightness really helps identify the matching black pieces in my closet. I don‘t always want super bright white light when entering my closet so I truly appreciate being able to have a more muted light most times.Install was easy and the light fits nice and flush to the ceiling. Remote works great and the light is super responsive.
