FAQs
What makes the Linkind UltraColor A19 different from other Linkind A19 smart bulbs?
+UltraColor A19 combines 1100-lumen brightness with richer, more vivid colors, dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 6, and an expanded 1000K–20000K color temperature range. It also supports Dotis AI lighting and LumiSync, features not offered on Linkind’s standard A19 1100lm model.
Does the UltraColor A19 work with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi?
+Yes. It supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi 6, so you don’t have to limit setup to a 2.4GHz network. It uses Matter over Wi-Fi and does not support Thread.
What can I use the 1000K–20000K color temperature range for?
+Use warmer light around 1000K–2700K for cozy evenings and relaxing, neutral white around 3500K–4000K for everyday tasks, and 5000K–6500K for reading or projects. Higher blue-white settings can create more dramatic gaming or party lighting.
Does this smart bulb work with Alexa, Apple Home, and Google Home, and do I need a hub?
+Yes. Matter lets the bulb work with major smart home platforms including Alexa, Apple Home, Google Home, and SmartThings. A compatible Matter controller is required for Matter integration, while AiDot can be used for the bulb’s own smart lighting features.
What can I do with Dotis, LumiSync, scenes, and music sync?
+Dotis can create lighting effects from prompts such as “cozy fireplace” or “cyberpunk gaming.” You can also use 66+ preset scenes, music sync, schedules, group control, and LumiSync with compatible Linkind light strips for more immersive TV and gaming lighting.
Can I use the UltraColor A19 in any lamp or with a dimmer switch?
+Use it with a compatible A19/E26 fixture and standard on/off switch. It is not compatible with traditional wall dimmers, which may cause flickering or buzzing; adjust brightness through AiDot, your Matter app, or voice control instead.
