So many colors to choose from and easy to manage through the app and the hard wired control. Pairs with Alexa with ease as well!!

These Linkind smart outdoor string lights arrived quickly and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with them. This set has 20 LED lights covering about 48 feet, and the overall construction feels very solid. The wiring is a nice heavier 22 AWG wire, and each light has a plastic shade surrounding the LED with a little geometric dome on the bottom that gives the light a nice sparkling effect.Where these really shine—no pun intended—is all the control you have. You can adjust the white temperature from a warm 1800K all the way up to 6500K, dim them, change colors, select different scenes, and even sync them to music. So you can go from a nice warm relaxing evening on the patio to a full-blown backyard disco party without ever leaving your chair! They also work through the app and can integrate with Alexa and Google Home.Another feature I really like is that they’re connectable. One set gives you roughly 48 feet, so connecting two would get you close to 100 feet of lighting.I also like the way Linkind designed the mounting points. Each light has a sturdy plastic mounting hole that can be secured with a screw or potentially strung along a support cable. They even included cable ties. The plug and controller also feel well-made, and the controller has a rubberized button for manual operation.Obviously, only time will tell how they hold up long-term outdoors, but right out of the box they certainly appear well-built. For the price, construction, features, color control, dimming, music sync, and overall versatility, I think these are a very good value. These should work perfectly for lighting my patio and letting me change the ambiance depending on the mood—or the occasion. Good job, Linkind. I would definitely purchase these again.
I want to start off by saying I have had a great time playing with these lights. The length of the line from plug to switch is nice. I am trying to get these up right now in a storm so I can say that the connections are great. Very waterproof. and goof proof there is only one way that the connectors will connect so you don't have to worry about getting the connection wrong. The light is very bright. The presents are nice. I do like the measured distance that they tell you it is 14 inches from the connector to the first light or overall 76.8 inches from the switch to the first light. the is great to get the switch at a great height. There is 28.8 inches from light to light. The colors are really nice. Yes they are great at not breaking. (I dropped them during the rain and they hit my concrete patio and survived perfectly. They work really well with my voice assistant. And they are expandable.

These outdoor string lights are fantastic! I absolutely love them. They have completely transformed the way our fence looks at night, and they provide plenty of light while also creating a really fun atmosphere when we’re entertaining outside.I really like how many different ways you can hang them. Each light has a small mounting point where you can use a nail or screw for a more permanent installation, which is a great feature if you know exactly where you want them. The bell-shaped covers around the lights are adorable, and the lights are enclosed, which makes them well suited for outdoor use.The app is what really makes these lights stand out. There are tons of different lighting options and presets, but you can also customize the colors, brightness, patterns, and speed. I love that they can stay on continuously, or you can choose different shades of white and adjust the brightness to get exactly the look you want. They can also sync with music, which is such a fun feature for parties and outdoor gatherings. The 48-foot length gives you plenty of room to decorate, and the individual lights look beautiful when they’re lit up. They have a high-tech feel without being difficult to use, and I was really impressed with the number of effects and customization options available. We chose to hang ours along our fence, and they make our outdoor space look absolutely beautiful at night. They’re bright enough to actually help illuminate the area while still giving it that decorative, cozy atmosphere.I really can’t say enough about how much I enjoy these lights. They’re beautiful, versatile, highly customizable, and feel like a significant upgrade from ordinary string lights. I absolutely love them and highly recommend them for patios, fences, backyards, or anywhere you want to add some serious nighttime ambiance.

I really like these outdoor string lights. The clear bulb covers have a unique shape and look beautiful even when the lights are turned off. The different colors and lighting effects make them perfect for adding a fun atmosphere to a patio, backyard, or outdoor entertaining area. The 48-foot length is great for covering a good-sized area, and the bulbs feel sturdy and well made. I also like that they offer so many different color and scene options, so you can change the look depending on the occasion. Overall, these are a great addition to my outdoor space and I’m very happy with them.
Pros:* Direct smart-home integration eliminates the need for a separate smart outlet* Alexa voice control* Exceptionally capable app with extensive customization* Individual bulb color control* Huge selection of colors, white temperatures, scenes, and effects* AI-generated lighting effects* Distinctive bulbs have much more character than ordinary string-light bulbs* Bright, attractive illumination* Heavy-duty construction designed for permanent outdoor use* High weather-resistance ratings* Shatterproof bulbs* Expandable for larger installationsConsider:* There are so many features in the app that it takes some time to explore everything these lights can do* The bulbs, controller, and power adapter have different weather-resistance ratings, so the adapter still needs appropriate protection from the elementsMy Experience:I needed to replace my mom’s outdoor string lights after a squirrel decided her previous set apparently needed some modifications. As unfortunate as that was, it gave us an excuse to upgrade, and these Linkind lights are a huge improvement over what she had before. Her old string lights weren’t smart, so I had them connected to a smart outlet in the garage. That allowed Alexa to control them, but it wasn’t an ideal arrangement. The plug and controller took up valuable space and effectively clogged up the garage outlet area just to provide smart control for a set of lights. These eliminate that extra step. They connect directly to her smart-home system, so Alexa can control the lights without requiring a separate smart outlet. That’s a much cleaner solution and immediately freed up the outlet we had been dedicating to the old setup. The Linkind app has been the biggest surprise. It is astonishingly capable. We’re still discovering everything it can do. There are an enormous number of preset scenes, individual bulb controls, millions of color choices, adjustable white temperatures, brightness control, music synchronization, and the ability to create your own effects. I’m still learning the AI features, which can generate lighting based on a description of the atmosphere or effect you want.Despite all that technology, the lights themselves are what initially caught our attention. The bulbs have character. They aren’t simply another row of the same traditional bulb shape we’ve seen on countless outdoor string-light sets. They have a distinctive appearance that makes the strand decorative even before you start experimenting with colors and effects. They’re also beautifully bright. With 20 bulbs across the 48-foot strand, the illumination feels nicely distributed rather than leaving large dark spaces between individual lights. They can provide useful patio lighting in addition to creating atmosphere.Construction feels equally impressive. These don’t feel like temporary party lights that I would expect to replace after a season or two. The bulbs are substantial and shatterproof, and the overall system appears designed with long-term outdoor installation in mind. The IP67 rating on the lights themselves is particularly reassuring for something that’s going to remain outside through changing weather.I also appreciate that we aren’t limited to colorful effects. Sometimes we simply want attractive outdoor lighting, and the adjustable white range lets us create anything from a very warm glow to a much cooler white. Other times, we can turn the patio into an entirely different environment with colors, scenes, or animated effects.A squirrel may have been responsible for ending the life of my mom’s previous string lights, but it inadvertently gave us a significant upgrade. These are smarter, more attractive, more customizable, and much better integrated into her home. They’re beautifully made, the bulbs have personality, Alexa control is seamless, and the app takes outdoor string lighting to an entirely different level. We’re still discovering what they can do, and we’re thoroughly impressed.

These lights stand out from standard hanging patio lights with their unique shape and design. The bulbs have a charming look, and I love how they cast a gentle glow. Enhance your space with advanced AI. Just tell the Dotis assistant the mood you're aiming for, and it will instantly create the ideal lighting effect. Their app integration and overall quality are quite impressive for the price, making these strip lights another favorite of mine. They give off a strong, well-crafted vibe, which makes them even more appealing. Installation was straightforward, and they include all the necessary hardware for hanging them. I really appreciate how you can add extra strands if you want more length, making it easy to personalize your outdoor space to your liking. I really think these app-controlled lights are a fantastic deal for the price you pay!

I bought these outdoor lights for Halloween, they have a specific lighting display for each major holiday and that’s what I wanted. I tried them out in my bathroom last week to test their resistance to high humidity. The lights are holding up well.I use the app to control the lights, my son is using our Alexa to control them. We have a single string of lights right now, but I like that I could add on more lights to the string and not need more outlets. The lights themselves are a bell like shape with the bottom end fully closed so no worries about rainy weather. The colors are vibrant and vary greatly from one scene to another. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. The set up took minutes. I already have other lights by Linkind so my phone did most of the work automatically. I’m giving these lights 5 stars because I like all the different choices of color combinations and the lights are striking.

I really love these lights! They are such a unique look compared to your typical hanging patio lights. The shape of the bulbs/design gives them a different style, and I feel like they create more of a glow because of the way the light shines through.Installation was very easy, and they come with everything you need to hang them up. Whether you’re attaching them to a pergola, poles, a patio area, or another outdoor structure, the setup is straightforward. I also love that they are waterproof, so they are made to handle being outdoors. The app is really easy to download and use, and it opens up so many more options with different colors, effects, and scenes. There are tons of ways to customize them depending on the mood you’re going for. Even without using the app, there are several built-in options with different colors and flickering effects. My only wish is that they came with a separate remote control. It would be convenient to quickly change settings without needing to grab your phone or access the lights directly.I also like that if you need more length, you can add additional strands, which makes it easy to customize your outdoor space.Overall, these are beautiful. I really enjoy the different lighting options and the way they brighten up my outdoor space!
I strung these Linkind smart lights across my patio and WOW. The DIY effect is so fun - I made a soft warm white + amber gradient for weeknights and a color-changing party mode for weekends. The 48ft length was perfect for my deck. App is intuitive, connects to Alexa so I can say "turn patio lights to warm white". They feel high quality, not flimsy, and totally waterproof. If you want color changing outdoor lights that actually look premium, get these.
The longer string is useful when you want to cover a patio, railing or larger outdoor area without connecting several short sets together. I like the RGBTW design because you can use normal-looking white light or switch to colors when you're entertaining. The 88 scene modes add a lot of variety, and the DIY effects make it possible to customize the appearance. IP67 waterproofing is also reassuring for outdoor decorating. A good choice if you want smart lighting with more flexibility than standard string lights.
Overall I'm very disappointed with thee lights. There are a couple of settings that look decent and it does what it is supposed to do, so for that I rate 3 stars. As to the pointless aspects; they are just lights, I don't want or need something to integrate with an app on a smartphone, I just want to plug it in and have it look good. As far as the non-smart phone settings, the most usable one is a warm golden glow, another non-blinking one is a sort of hideous blueish white light more suited to horror film mortuary scenes than a front porch. The majority of the setting were nervous weasel on meth strobe-light effects which seem likely to induce epileptic seizures. I cannot conceive of an occasion where I would want such a thing, maybe interrogating prisoners in Abu Grahib. The lights themselves come with twisty ties binding them a bit closer to each other, without them they would be maybe 3 feet or more apart. Each one has plastic wrap over the bell, very time consuming to remove. Maybe the greater distance would work on a large structure or long wall but for a normal size porch it's just too much.Unless the app based features and other things I personally dislike are something you are actually looking for, you are better off seeking another option.
I picked these up because I wanted more lighting around the outside of the house, and I liked having the option to use normal white lighting or different colors for holidays and decorating. My first impression was that the lights appeared to be of good quality, and the 48 foot length gives me plenty of room to work with. I also liked the look of the individual bulbs since they are a little more decorative than basic string lights. In testing them, I found the lights bright enough to provide useful outdoor lighting while still looking good as decoration. The colors look nice, and I like being able to adjust the white temperature depending on the look I want. The AiDot app works well for changing the brightness, colors, and lighting effects. I also found the app easy to use without making simple adjustments feel like a chore.I gave it 5 stars because the lights look good, provide plenty of brightness, and the AiDot app gives me a lot of control over how I use them. At $59.99, I think the value is good for the length and amount of customization they offer.
Really the only negative I have is the outer cover of the bulb really doesn't glow well, most of the light comes from the inside. Now, it still looks really good and cool, so still did 5 stars. Just don't think the bell looking exterior will light up well. Was able to get connected to full home system so I can control them like everything else. Still go into the app to tweak or dial anything in.App is pretty nice overall, better than a lot of other generic types. My primary lights are govee, but these go well and compliment the set.Plenty of presets. They're actually decently bright compared to most. Plastic outer shell doesn't feel super thick, but they'll handle you dropping the string without breaking I'm guessing, so disability seems solid for what they are.Wires are as thick as typical so no concerns there.Typical distance between bulbs.Overall looks cool and easy to control, good value for the money.
The Linkind Smart Outdoor String Lights (RGBTW, 20 LED Bulbs) are such a great addition to any outdoor space. The colors are vibrant, the warm‑white option looks cozy, and the app control makes it easy to switch between moods or holiday themes. The bulbs feel sturdy, weather‑resistant, and bright enough to light a patio, pergola, or garden path. They’re simple to hang, fun to customize, and create a really pretty atmosphere at night.
These lights are absolutely beautiful, and were perfect for a perfect afternoon dinner. The lights give a beautiful glow and create the perfect atmosphere for me. The remote that comes with it helps me change the light's color without me going to it, and it can help me make sudden changes to the light's color and intensity. The music sync feature is great for parties, and they’ve held up perfectly both indoors and outdoors, because they are waterproof and snow resistant. They are easy to install and the app is easy to use.
I picked up the Linkind Smart Outdoor String Lights, RGBTW 20 LED bulbs, 48 ft DIY effect, AI Dotis, IP67 waterproof color changing string lights with 88 scene modes for my patio. My dull evening pattern suddenly felt staged like a small film set. Setup felt straightforward enough, I strung the 48 ft length over the railing, plugged it in, flicked through colors and scenes in the app till one caught my eye. Cool white worked for dinner. Deeper shades suited game night. The RGB with warm cold blend held up fine, and that DIY effect let me shape a gradient pattern without fiddling with each bulb by hand. What stood out most was the range, 88 scene modes open choices for birthdays, quiet evenings or just testing something glittery. The lights held their look even from the far side of the patio, which caught me off guard. I left them out in light rain with zero trouble, so the IP67 claim seemed solid, the waterproof build brought some calm. Brightness can sit uneven though if the string sags or furniture blocks parts of it, and the stronger effects need clear space to carry properly. Value sits well for anyone after smart mood lighting without a full system. Durability looks solid for outdoor use, yet like most string lights you want to watch for snags while hanging them up, avoid forcing the connectors into sharp bends. I ran a fixed color through the main stretch then flipped to a scene for the final hour as guests showed up. The lights handled things while I sorted snacks.
